• Live Resin: A newer type of extract made from fresh, raw cannabis instead of dried plant material.
• ISO Hash: Produced using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol as the solvent.
• Butane Hash Oil (BHO): Created by utilizing butane as the solvent.
• CO2 Oil: Extracted using compressed carbon dioxide.
• Tincture: These are technically extracts as well, using alcohol to extract cannabinoids for a potent concentrate.

How to Use Cannabis Extracts

Most cannabis extracts are typically consumed by dabbing, which requires a dab rig and a heating source, such as a torch. Users heat the nail of the rig and place a piece of cannabis extract on it, causing it to vaporize. The vapor is then inhaled through the water pipe, delivering a potent, cannabinoid-rich experience. For extracts like tinctures, consumption is much simpler: users can either eat them, drink them, or place them under their tongues for sublingual absorption.
